Returns & Refunds
I truly want you to love your bracelet 💕 If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
Return Window
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your bracelet must be:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In its original condition
Because these are handmade pieces, I can’t accept returns on items that have been worn or altered.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund Process
Once I receive your return and confirm it’s in original condition, I’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Damaged items
- Worn Items
- Gift cards
